Every spring, Breathe California honors members of the community who have made efforts to promote clean air. The luncheon recognizes local businesses, organizations and individuals that have helped significantly improve regional air quality.

The event brings together local leaders in the clean air community to celebrate their achievements. Previous keynote speakers have included such prominent environmental leaders as Robert F. Kennedy Jr., CARB chairperson Robert Sawyer, MD, and Congresswoman Jackie Speier.

The 2015 Clean Air Awards and Luncheon were held on Thursday, May 21, at the Westin St. Francis, 335 Powell St., San Francisco, CA. Keynote speaker was Deborah Raphael of SF Environment, with KCBS' Mike Sugarman serving as master of ceremonies.
