“I really liked camp because it taught me a lot about my asthma. At the camp I learned how to breathe better when I run. Now I can run farther without getting tired. Before the camp I would wheeze at night and it was hard to sleep. Now I sleep better.”

Resources

In order to keep the public aware of critical lung health issues, Breathe California offers a number of valuable resources. These resources are designed to inform you about lung disease and provide you with in-depth information about caring for your lungs. Here you will find detailed descriptions of the different lung diseases in order to provide you with the most accurate information as well as links to other sites and organizations with missions similar to our own. We also produce and distribute brochures, pamphlets and posters on smoking, lung disease, clean air, environment, household air, etc. If you would like to request additional information regarding a lung health issue, contact us at (408) 998-5865.
